YMAD supports children and schools in Wai, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal. Your donation will impact their lives directly!
Supporting all of these schools costs less than you may think. For example, a full year of education at the school in West Bengal (including one meal, supplies, teachers, hygiene kits) costs $350. However, the children often have problems that require surgery, shelter and more. We are always looking for opportunities to help with these items and help the children and their communities in both India and USA. Below are some examples of where you can help us:
In the rural villages of Baruipur, just outside Kolkata, India, is a Day Boarding School with 120 girls who are first-generation learners.
