Spiders , Mice , and Sunburns , Oh My !! by Grace Burbidge

A lot of fun memories and laughs with all the kids and leaders. The crazy but most talented drivers live here. Who knew honking your horn for literally EVERYTHING would make you the most excellent driver. Not to mention a lot of sunburns with blisters , but no fear … aloe has saved our butts. Spiders in our rooms and bathroom , mice crawling around our bedrooms floors while we are trying to catch it with a zip lock bag , peanut butter , and honey. 

Though , all of us kids are at different villages / schools we all get together at the end of our teaching day and share the pictures and stories of our experiences with each other. These village kids are all so playful and amazing … now I see why it is going to be so hard to leave them at the end of this week , but they will always be in our hearts. They have the brightest smiles and the cutest little hearts , who knew these little kids with so little belongings could be the happiest most loving kids ever !! Too much joy they bring into my life as well as all my friends around me. Here’s to 12 more days of laughs , tears , memories , and deep deep secret sharing haha

   Oh goodness I could have gone without hearing or seeing the spiders! I’m so glad you are loving this experience! I am pretty sure I sent sunscreen and a small one for the bags! Lol
