Chick peas and scones

Today we had chick pea sauce over scones for breakfast. All of the food they have been giving us has been so good. Every morning we usually have scrambled eggs, potatoes, or a chick pea sauce; we have a type of bread too, it varies from a potato filled tortilla type thing, a scone, or a thin flat bread. Now that I think about it all the food has been way good. For dinner we eat lots of rice, some sort of bread, a vegetarian dish and a chicken dish. Ever once and a wile we get a lentil sauce to put over are rice. everyday we pack a lunch, my daily lunch usually consists of a Nutella sandwich, a banana, 2 bags of chips, a pack of cookies, a bottle of coke, a pack of tuna and what ever they make for hot lunch; for hot lunch they make noodles or rice.

Today was are last day teaching the kids at are schools. I know I’m really going to miss a lot of them. There one group of siblings that I absolutely love. The oldest is named Angali and she is nine, she is so loving and definitely the best behaved out of the three. The next in line is Manju, she is a total stinker, she loves to cause havoc but she is really smart for a seven year old, love her! The youngest is named  Aarian, he is one of the cutest little five   Year olds I’ve ever Seen! He has super long eyelashes and a cutie little haircut. I know I’m going to miss that dude!

We gave the kids new sweaters today and new shoes. It was so fun to see all the kids wait in line for their new kicks! They all sat on the big mat as the shoe store owner measured their feet and gave them their new shoes and fresh pairs of socks. The hole process of handing out the shoes to all 31 one kids took longer than we thought so school had ended by the time we where done. The parents walking and watching over the schools court yard, seeing the kids holding on to the boxes of shoes not being able to put them down was cool to see. The kids whereby only thankful for them but the parents where too.
