Robert A. Baird is one of the original founder’s of Youth Making a Difference. He is passionate about service and loves working with young people. He is currently acting as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Historical Arts and Casting, Inc. At present he resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and 4 children.  When he is not designing and creating custom metal light fixtures or traveling to India he enjoys sailing in Maine and is in the process of restoring a classic wooden boat.
