We base our training on 8 values of leadership needed to make a

difference. During the year we have guest speakers, training and practical application on each of these values.

INTEGRITY You will be trained  in a new level of integrity. You will have the ability to bring honor to your word. Your productivity, your relationships and confidence will dramatically increase as you develop mastery in living a life of integrity.

VISION You will be trained in creating vision. You will have the ability to create a vision for yourself and others that goes beyond what is predictably going to happen and may go beyond what anyone knows how to achieve.

INSPIRATION You will be trained in inspiring others. You will inspire others to act when they would hesitate, to dream when others would dread. You will call others out of their “comfort zone” and empower them to choose to commit or not; either way they are left inspired.

COURAGE You will be trained in being courageous. You will welcome breakdowns in order to have breakthroughs. You will display confidence and peace under stress.

RESPONSIBILITY You will be trained in being responsible. You will deal with every situation in life as powerfully being accountable for what you do, what you have, and what you are. Pointing the finger at yourself first before putting the blame on others.

LEARNING You will be trained in learning. You will learn to read, study, think, analyze and seek understanding. You will inspire others to learn. You will know that knowledge is the power to make a difference.

FORGIVENESS You will be trained in forgiveness. You will have the tools needed to choose forgiveness at any given moment in any situation, giving you freedom, joy, peace and satisfaction in your life. You will have the tools to teach others to forgive.

GRATITUDE You will be trained in expressing gratitude. You will have the tools to express gratitude both verbally and written in a way that the people you interact with are impacted by your words.  

We believe that as a result of participating in our programs you will be a leader who is skilled in making a sustainable difference in yourself, your family, your community and the world.
