JoDee Baird got her associate degree in nursing from Weber State College, she worked for Intermountain Donors Services teaching organ and tissue donation in high schools. Former owner of Play Big, a company the creates giant games for giant groups. She taught a leadership training for 4 years that teaches teens and adults how to create projects that positively impact their communities. She has a website www.neighbortag.com that was created to bring neighborhoods together. She is one of the founders of Youth Making a Difference, and is now heavily involved in developing leadership curriculum for teens.
