Saucy, the life of: S

April 26, 2014 - All Posts, 2014 Operation: Shaanti

Lisa just barely realized that i hadn’t blogged my allotted amount, so i guess i’m writing this a mere 4 ish hours before we make it to the good ol’ homestead. India has truly been a solid experience. I made some really good bonds with some people that i hope continue even when we’re not hanging out all the time in a third-world country. Highlights compiled at the end of the trip include, but are not limited to: Making some new friends. Everything that transpired in our schools–meeting, teaching, and playing with them. Leaving them wasn’t a highlight, but i loved our time while together. The Taj was sweet, the elephant ride and Amber Fort were impressive as well. But now i’m just excited to see all of the people that helped and supported my efforts to get over here! I will see you all in a few hours.
