The Journey- Part 1: Adler Rigby
We made it!! After many long flights we have arrived and made it through day 1 in India. I miss you mommy and daddy. I can’t wait to sleep in my bed at home again. I never thought that I would see so many amazing things in one day. The culture here is incredible and their transportation is nerve racking. The girls and food are so amazing; they all remember Abby!! At first, teaching the kids was really stressful because I didn’t know where to start but as the time went on those 9 months of prep. with the squad really kicked in. It gets hard to communicate with some of the kids because they speak little or no english. Aspen Lawry and Ella Anderson wanted shoutouts, so S/O to them and shoutout to my girl Paris Neilsen back home. S.O.S. I'm already out of gushers. I have come to like Dr. Steve because he likes to “help a brother out”. He is my hero. I’ve been thinking a lot about life lately and I want to grow up to be Shrek. Nate is my roomie and we are pretty good pals now. He likes to play ultimate frisbee and that’s pretty swag gnar gnar. My feet hurt. Even when it’s freezing it still feels like I’m inside the sun. I love it here and it’s honestly already one of the best experiences of my life. I love you all. Thank you for all of your love and support. I’ll see you soon.
