I’m Crying and I Haven’t Even Left Yet — Keller Willhite

April 6, 2018 - 2018 Operation: Vishvaas

There is so much to say but I only have a paragraph. I’m loving my time here in India. I think the thing I really want to say the most is how much I love these kids. They have honestly changed my life and I’m so happy that I made the decision to come here. The experiences with the kids, and all of the other YMAD kids, has been so amazing. I can’t wait to hear from you all and catch up on what going on. Tomorrow is my last day in the school and I am already preparing for the mess I will be. This one little girl named Himanshi is so sweet. She always follows me around in the school, and whenever I am sitting she will just come sit on my lap. I will have a really hard time leaving her. It is also worth noting that the food I had today was the best two meals I’ve had in my entire life. We got a local dish and it was literally the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Anyway I’ll see you guys in a bit!
