Honestly, India has been pretty dope so far. Like so dope honestly. Like wow, how dope can this get? My first (real) experience outside of the United States has been quite interesting. It’s one thing to hear about the poverty in a developing country, it’s a completely different thing to witness it firsthand. Stray dogs wondering the streets, garbage everywhere, it’s an incredibly different experience. At first I was very sad that I missed Thanksgiving back home, but I have to say, there is no better way to celebrate the giving of thanks than spending time in the villages and with the girls. The children are so beautiful and wonderful, they are so much fun to spend time with and teach. My favorite girl is Sungita (I have no idea if I spelled that right).

Thanks to my mother, I was very prepared for this trip and I am pretty sure I have more than enough zip-lock bags. Not only have I been blessed by my mother’s preparedness, but Sam has also lucked out; I brought two towels. The showers are awful, the mosquitos suck, and the food is pretty decent, but I am having an awesome time. I love you all and I cannot wait to get home to share my experiences with you. Also, I have found like 3 Sweet Dee hairs and it makes me happy every time.
